The purpose of FITCOM is to create a space of academic reference and referral for individuals interested in the social science and praxis of fitness and communication. To date, not much is written about how effective communication influences fitness practices, fitness training, lifestyles, choices, health, wellness, marketing, advertising, and other elements of the fitness world.
Here on the fitnesscommunication.com site, I aim to blog, place links, and share my interest in better understanding the combination of fitness and communication to aid and create relationships between the people, subject matter, and practices of fitness and communication.
